Learning how to make change is the most essential thing to do..

 

Starting off the new year with making changes, is what most people “think” about doing.

Here’s the issue, how do you change it?

How do you learn to make the changes?

What happens if it does not happen right away? Do you quit?

What we are going to do with the emails in January is to learn how to make changes and have them stick.

 

The first step to make is making different choices.

 

Here’s an example, what if you have a bad hair day or you spilled coffee on your shirt. You are annoyed or upset about the situation.

Do you allow that to ruin your whole day?

This is where you start to make a choice as well as making changes.

Choices are what you are in control. How are you going to handle the rest of your day? Walk around pissed, or feeling ugly?

Or understanding this happens, laugh it off or think of a solution?

 

This is where the changes happen.

You choose to laugh about it. Yup, I spilled my coffee, do I look good in coffee brown?

Or you choose to say to yourself, I look beautiful and my hair is my hair. Walking around confident, because you are beautiful.

 

You choose to be HAPPY! This is so very powerful! This is when you really change.

 

Here is how to start to Choose to Change!

 

 

Remember this, change for the most part does not happen right away, It takes practice and patience.

If you find that you are starting to slide backward, but on your brakes, and put your attitude and confidence back into drive!

Just like learning to drive a car, you did not do it right the first few times, why would you beat yourself up if you do not change automatically? Be nice to yourself, you are worth it!
