I went for my annual physical and I ended up discussing with my doctor about how stress is causing some many illnesses for the majority of people.  She explained that people need to learn how to release the stress, so I wanted to share with you one of my FAVORITE destressing tricks

I use this all the time and will have to use it a bit more, because I am sure, like everyone else, I could use less stress too!
